The Flexible Man Project is a one-day psychological skills training workshop, run by two experienced Clinical Psychologists for men who want to develop a broader range of strategies to manage common psychological challenges.

This workshop is suitable for any man interested in developing positive coping skills to better cope with common forms of life adversity. You will come away with practical psychological tools you can immediately apply to your day-to-day life.

The Flexible Man Project has been developed from high-quality research conducted by the facilitators themselves and incorporates practical strategies from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

The workshop is intended to improve general wellbeing, but is not intended to address or treat a specific mental health condition (e.g., depression, anxiety, substance use disorder). The workshops are run in small groups in an informal, friendly manner.

Workshops are run regularly in London. Alternatively, please contact Matthew to discuss running a Flexible Man Project workshop for your organisation
